On : 12.2 version, Home page Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Change Request saved by suppliers (Draft status) are locking Purchase Documents

There is no option available to buyers or to the supplier to delete / cancel the change request.

Suppliers might initiate the changes and may never submit it but that will lock the PO and will not allow to be updated by the buyers.
