Symptoms
When creating a manual transaction, below error occurs for the Revenue distribution:

APP-FND-00874: Routine FDFBDF found no rows in table FND_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXS.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
1. Create a manual transaction
2. Access Transaction Distribution form
3. Select Account for All Lines.
4. Error occurs on Revenue distribution only
