Turkey Localizations: After upgrade all CLE Views are ending in error - View generater failed (Doc ID 2743791.1)

Symptoms

 Actual Behavior:-

Post upgrade to 12.2.x, All CLE Flexfields views are ending with below error:-

Error:

 View generator failed for the view. Please check the logs.

Expected Behavior:-
==============
Flexfield views should get generated without any issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue:-
==============
Issue is not reproducible at will. This is a configuration issue during upgrade.
