SG: Error "RFF AWM Value cannot be blank" with IR8A (Doc ID 2743836.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upload the IR8A into the IRAS website, following error appears

ERROR
-----------------------

LIN Grp 1 LIN=1xx. RFF AWM Value cannot be blank

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login application and select Singapore HRMS Manager

2. Run HRIS IRAS Line Archive then Run IR8A File

3. Upload the IR8A into the CrimsonLogic website

4. Then above error occurs
