Unable to Place Orders to supplier with Port 2443 requirement via Oracle Business Network (OBN)  - Note: Formerly Oracle Supplier Network (OSN)

HTTP POST Timeout (This message has exceeded the maximum retry time of 72 hours. No further attempts will be made to deliver this message.)

Document Type: Purchase Order
Document Number/ID: PO123456
Date: 2021-01-08 19:23:30.0
Message Control ID: 88889999.111112222.PROD.doc-1
Sender: Some Company (Oracle EBS or Fusion customer)
Receiver: Some Supplier

For more details, login to the Oracle SN and view the Transaction Monitor:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to place orders with receiver supplier through the OBN.
