ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is allowing and accepting more then one phone number of the same Phone Type.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should not accept more than one phone number of the same type. Example HOME

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Employee Self Service Responsibility -> Personal Information -> Update Phone number
