Query a Transaction in Account Detail show Error Value Entered is not valid for current field (Doc ID 2744106.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query the transaction in find account details page (ARXCWMAI), user gets below error
the following error occurs.

Value Entered is not valid for current field. Please re-enter

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivable Responsibility
2. Inquiry-> Find account details -> Input Transaction number and search
