Symptoms

Attempting to upload data with any WebADI template, after seeing a pop up indicating 'Processing: Create Document',
the process hangs with message 'Your document is being created' and nothing happens afterwards. A document is never created.

This can be specific to one client machine.
This was working in the past, but now is not with no known changes such as code level or settings.
