When Trying to Upload the Data by Using Custom Integrator on WebADI for HR, Program Fault Error Still Occurs Even After Applying 31723937 (Doc ID 2744337.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When trying to upload the data by Custom Integrator on WebADI for HR with "BNE: Enable OOXML Standard(BNE_OOXML_ENABLED)" as Yes and "GL LedgerID" as Null at any level even after applying <Patch 31723937>, the following error still occurs.

The results of the upload cannot be displayed.
Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
This was due to a program fault. Lease this window open to have it make more attempts to display the upload results.

Bne Log:
BneAsyncUploadPage.renderPage+Unknown+Error:+xxxxxx+bne:setofbooksid+xxxxx

 

Please note that seeded integrator (Ex: HR Integrator Setup) has been fixed by <Patch 31723937>. Refer <Document 2744314.1>

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Set "BNE: Enable OOXML Standard(BNE_OOXML_ENABLED)" as Yes and "GL LedgerID" no value at any level.

  2. Use following function
    responsibility "Desktop Integrator"
    (N) "Create Document"
     
  3. Select Custom Integrator created by "HR Integrator Setup"
  4. Try to Upload
  5. This error occurs
