Problem Statement:

Payroll Process Jobs Stuck in Processing Status 'P' even all assignments in the payroll are Completed 'C'.

The customer needs a data fix to change the status to be "Completed" for all stuck records as per the below query:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Go to HRMS Responsibility
Run the Payroll process
Check the process in Process and Reports > View Request. Observe that the status is 'P' (Processing)
