Employee Pictures / Images are not showing in Internet Explorer Version 11
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to upload their pics
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into application with HRMS Manager Responsibility
2.N> People > Enter and Maintain Form,
3.Query for an Employee,
4.Click on Picture Button
5.Image is not loaded or Displayed which was already exists.
