Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The data is getting populated in the tables 'JAI_TAX_LINES' and 'JAI_TAX_DET_FACTORS' before saving the Inter-Org Transfer (IOT) transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data should populate in the tables 'JAI_TAX_LINES' and 'JAI_TAX_DET_FACTORS' only after saving the Inter-Org Transfer (IOT) transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Financials for India.
2. Navigation: Transactions > India Inter-Organization Transfer.
3. Create an IOT transaction and enter the item details, sub inventory, UOM, quantity details etc. 
4. Go to Tools > India Tax Details > Enter the taxes and close the intransit shipment form without saving it.
5. Observe the data is getting populated in the table jai_tax_lines and jai_tax_det_factors.
