Symptoms
When attempting to Change the Depreciation Method from Production Method to STL
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-OFA-48392:You cannot change to production method after you run depreciation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Asset Workbench ---------> Query the Asset
2. Click on Books ------> Depreciation tab
3. Change Depreciation Method from Production Method to STL
