Expects tax distributions must be generated for AR transactions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Receivables
2. Transactions > Transactions > Create a new transaction and apply taxes through Tools > India Tax Details
3. Complete the transaction
4. Observe AR Distributions
