Goal

For some posted Journal Entries the system generated Posted_Date is incomplete.

For example only the MM/DD/YYYY (01/01/2019) is visible, but HH:MM:SS (09:09:19 PM) is missing in the tables

As the Journals posted date may be incomplete, what other date can be used to understand when transactions were posted in order to be able to retrieve incremental data from the last Posting?
