Using RDBMS 19C Views Cannot be Selected when Creating Scoring Engine (Doc ID 2745565.1)

Symptoms

It's not possible to select a custom filter/segment view during scoring engine creation

A new custom segmentation view been created in the APPS schema: IEX_F_BILLTO_XXX_XXX_XX_XXXXX_V (note more than 30 characters)

This view is visible in the view LOV in the scoring engine setup form "Segments" tab.   After selecting the new view, it disappears and the value of the filter/segment is something else from the list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the new field from the custom view to be accepted in the scoring engine creation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Create your own segmentation view in apps schema
   2. Try to select this segment view while creating the scoring engine
   3. System does not accept the field from the new view created.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use custom views and column while creating the scoring engine.
