ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying patch 31742934 when uncomplete PM work orders there is a
performance issue. This works fine for manual WO

Expect uncomplete PM work orders to work OK
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Enterprise Asset Management
2. After applying patch 31742934 when uncomplete PM work orders there is a
performance issue. This works fine for manual WO
