Symptoms

When trying to create an Item using API ego_item_pub.process_items, It is overriding the DFF attribute values with the default values of DFF defined in the system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute API ego_item_pub.process_items with Attribute values to create an Item.
2. Verify attribute values in mtl_system_items_b after API execution.
