On EBS 12.2.9 version, Apps rpt sets, rpt server, seeded rpts

When submitting the Oracle seeded (delivered) Java Concurrent Program 'OAM: Knowledge Base Catalog Refresher Program' (FNDOAMKBCRP), the following request log file error message occurs.
