Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Price List
When attempting to add a new Price List Line with UOM : XXX to the Price List: NNNNN, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Pricing*Price List Setup*NNNNN
2. Attempt to save UOM XXX (selecting from the LOV) to price list (NNNNN)
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to add the Items having this UOM (Z03) to the Price List and, as a result, cannot create Sales Orders for these Items.
