Italian Exception Letter Electronic Format is not Compliant with the Italian Statutory changes (Doc ID 2746501.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:-
----------------------
Italian exception letter electronic format is not compliant with the Italian statutory, due to below issues in template:

1) The letter of Intent electronic file is composed of three records: Record A, Record B and Record Z composed of POSITIONAL FIELDS.

The record is not ending with exadecimal '0D'  and '0A' (ASCII characters 'CR' ed 'LF')

2) Record ‘B’, field 7, position 75, length 16, alphanumeric. This field is aligned to the right whereas the it should align to the left.

3) The Letter of Intent electronic file is generated with amount multiplied with 100 which is incorrect.
