Data Fix: Taxes did not flow to RMA Credit memo while RMA Order and Receipt has taxes (Doc ID 2746564.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Taxes exists at RMA (Return Material Authorization) Sales order and Receipt, but the same did not flow to RMA Credit memo.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxes should flow to RMA Credit memo

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RMA sales order.
2. RMA sales order has taxes.
3. Receipt got taxes.
4. But RMA Credit memo created did not have taxes.
