BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cost Management Accounting Entries Not Converted in the Transaction Currency

Cost Management accounting entries are not converted in the transaction currency.

The accounted Debit and Credit are the same as the entered Debit and Credit when a Currency Conversion setup is in place

This lack of conversions, as a consequence, causes GL balances in transaction currencies other than the ledger currency to be incorrect.

This can be exemplified in the Distributions where the transaction amounts are in the ledger currency but not converted in the transaction currency
It also perpetuates through the SLA flow to the GL balances in foreign currency where the accounted amount = entered amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Transaction Currency conversion
