How To Delete From Receiving_Transactions_Interface RTI, Receiving Transactions In Error From OTL Timecards? (Doc ID 2746663.1)

It can happen that many erroneous receiving transaction from the OTL timecards to remain stuck in the RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE and user cannot use any form to delete it.

They appear in Receiving > Transaction Status form but the line cannot be checked in order to be delete it.

If user runs the 'Retrieve Time from OTL' request, this causes a doubling of the errors in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.
