Contact Center Search Key Does Not Allow Partial Searches (Doc ID 2746843.1)

Goal

Within Contact Center, the Search By has many 'Service Key' that when selected, a search can be done, e.g., Select Serial Number and enter a Serial Number in the field.

If the full Serial Number is entered, then the search is possible.
However, you cannot do partial search on any of the Service Keys (Serial Number, Service Request Number, Order Number, Invoice Number or Service Contract Number).
