Goal

Executed below script to populate the employee's PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F records with a PARTY_ID value
exec per_hrtca_merge.migrate_all_hr_persons(1,1);

Why a new party with a different party_name and party_type is created by this API? Will it have any impact on Employee Record?
