R12:AP: 1099 2020 Forms PDF Format are Not Printing Return Type NEC (Doc ID 2747532.1)

Symptoms

 
When Printing the "1099 Forms PDF Format", no supplier data is printing on the form using Return Type = NEC and Layout Template Name: Form 1099-NEC.
 
However, if  change Layout Template Name: Form 1099-MISC, all supplier records are returned for both NEC and MISC suppliers.
