Goal
AP tier of EBS was down and found the following message in Internal Concurrent Manager (ICM) log file $APPLCSF/log/＜SID＞_.mgr. AP tier itself has already been restarted successfully.
internal concurrent manager has terminated with status 143 - giving up.
This is the message output in stopping AP tier as usual.
Shutting down Internal Concurrent Manager ... internal concurrent manager has terminated successfully - exiting.
In what kind of situation such a message is output?
