ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Spares Management: Parts Requirement Form(CSPTRREQ) Need by Date filter value changed from '>' condition missing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need the same behavior of '>' date filter condition on need by date field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into EBS
2. Spares Management > Spares Logistics
3. Parts Requirement Form
4. Need by Date doesn't have '>' condition filter as same as 11i version
