Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, ECC iProcurement V5
In iProcurement responsibility, when user navigates to Shopping List subtab, the below error is encountered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Navigate to iProcurement responsibility
3. Click on Shopping List subtab
4. Receive the above error
