Some invoices are not shown at Spanish Tax Report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the invoices taxes in the report.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run Spanish Tax Report
