Contact Notification Shows Exception "Notification context glog.server.workflow.notify.shipmentspecialservice.ShipmentSpecialServiceContext does not have order, shipment or invoice information to retrieve involved party"

Notification is not being received when a shipment involved party contact has a specific Notification set up
A contact is created with Notification for the following
Notify Function:ORDER - SPECIAL SERVICE MODIFIED
Notify Function: SHIPMENT SPECIAL SERVICE - COMPLETION STATE CHANGE
Notify Function: SHIPMENT SPECIAL SERVICE - CREATED
If an Order release is modified and Special services is added in the attribute tab, the notification is received.
However if the related shipment is updated wit Special services in the Financials tab of the shipment, no notification is received and logs show error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contact with Notification function
2. Add special services to the shipment
