"FRM-40735" & "ORA-01403" Errors While Applying Receipt to Invoice In Receipts Workbench (ARXRWMAI) (Doc ID 2748395.1)

Symptoms

While applying a Receipt to an Invoice, the following error is encountered:

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_PROCESS_APPLICATION", line 4425

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.

Steps to Reproduce

Responsibility: Receivables, Vision Operations (USA)
Navigation: Receipts → Receipts

  1. Query a Receipt and click Apply button.
  2. Select an Invoice from the "Apply To" LOV.
  3. Save the record.
