Creating a question of "Free text (not scored)" does not show text box in preview page and in the actual test

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Question of "free text(not scored) should show a text box in preview and in the actual test


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learning Administrator
2. Catalog administrator > Content
3. Create a test
4. Create a question of type free text( not scored) and save
5. Click on preview
7. It doesn't show the text box
