Symptoms

Getting error while trying to query TDS tax rate

APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=-1 CODE=GL# SET=XXXXX

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Financials for India responsibility.
2. Go to Tax Configuration > Define Tax Rates
3. Query for the problematic TDS tax rate.
4. Notice the error message.
