Symptoms
After running the 1099 PDF Report, log file shows records generated but no data is populated on the 1099 Output form
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new request: 1099 PDF Format
2. Enter parameters and select Return Type = NEC
3. Confirm Output template = NEC
4. Run report and view output.
