Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Fusion Integration

When attempting to import the Element Entries export from Fusion HCM to EBS ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Import the Fusion Extract
ERROR: Failed while inserting rows for entity :GenElemEntry
Caused by :ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.PER_RI_B_GEN_ENTRY_VALUES_PK) violated


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Extract data from Fusion Cloud HCM by selecting the standard Business object as 'Element Entry'
2. Run the program Import HCM Could Data for Integration in EBS
3. Observe the error in the logs
