View requisitions in html in purchasing

Problem Description

Try to create a view requisitions HTML menu option in Purchasing responsibility (not iProcurement).
Added the function PO View Requisitions Page to the menu View Purchasing Documents but this causes an error:

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Add Requisition view only function to View Purchasing menu
3. Click on option and Exception Error is thrown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot access Requisition view only menu option
