ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the defaulted section code is modified, then Threshold Header related to Modified section code is not getting updated in JAI_AP_WTHLD_INV_TAXES

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the defaulted section code is modified, then Threshold Header related to Modified section code should get updated in JAI_AP_WTHLD_INV_TAXES

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:
------------------------
1. Create invoice.
2. Once TDS is defaulted, modify the defaulted section code.
3. Validate the invoice.
