Validation Of Customer Name In Access Hours Page Should Be Removed (Doc ID 2749349.1)

Currently users have to first enter the Customer Name in Access Hours page(accessed from Service Request/Setup/Access Hours and After Hours), otherwise they are not allowed to enter the Access/After hours.
It is not possible to bypass Customer Name when populating this page.
