Symptoms
On WIP - Work in Process, 12.1.3 version, Work Order Closing
Close Discrete Jobs program is ending with the following error even if the closing date is the sysdate:
ERROR
-----------------------
Close date precedes the txn date for job
Number of failed jobs because of past close date : 1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Work in Process
2. (N) Discrete > Close Discrete Jobs > Close Discrete Jobs (form)
3. Submit the job for closure
4. job fails to close
