Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version, Enterprise Command Center
Trying to run the ECC Run Data Load for Inventory and it is failing in error.

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset inv-reservations for job 18,242java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "MSO"."SEGMENT1": invalid identifierORA-06512: at "APPS.INV_ECC_RSV_UTIL_PVT", line 1391

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Inventory Reservation dataset from ECC Developer Responsibility
2. Navigation: Item Manager > Item Catalog > Items Dashboard > See error
