Symptoms
When running PARGDR_SINGLE module: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project a revenue amount that is a credit amount of -612.00 is not processed. The output file confirms that revenue is not generated.
The expectation is that when PARGDR_SINGLE module: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project is run the revenue amount of -612.00 will process.
Steps to reproduce
1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run
2. Select name = PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project
3. Submit the process
