Symptoms
When running PAIGEN_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project the program completes with error and the following error is encountered in the log:
PobgID : ^F}¿ORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=0 code=-1722: ORA-01722: invalid number
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using the Projects responsibility, navigate to Other-->Requests-->Run
2. Select PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project.
