Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Home page Issues

iSupplier -Products and Services page shows blank with error.
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. After the application of   iSupplier RUP patches
2. External Supplier user Navigates to Isupplier -> click  on the 'Products and Services' tab under Admin,
3. Error is displayed : ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INSERT_INTO_GLB_TEMP' ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
