Unable To Create SR From The Create Service Request Page - The value for parameter SR Summary cannot be "NULL" (Doc ID 2750218.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to create the SR from HTML Contact Center, the following error is displayed.


ERROR

API Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Create_ServiceRequest): The Value for parameter SR Summary cannot be "Null”

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Contact Center HTML -> Search for an organization/person/contact -> Service Request Info Tile -> Create Service Request

Error message is received and user cannot continue to create the SR.
