ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to view Work In Process Inquiry form in Process Execution with filter criteria
Blind search works.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see WIP batches using batch number as a filter on LOVs
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Production Supervisor responsibility
2. Inquiries -> Work in Progress
3. Hit OK with no input in Inquiry form - all WIP batches show up
4. Enter a batch selection and nothing happens
