ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Credit card num field LOV in Sales Order form does not have credit card number

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Credit card should be available on sales order , payments form

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update credit card on sales order form
