We are trying to utilize the 'Number of Child Processes' in the Pick selection list generation request. When we review the requests, only 1 concurrent request processes, and we wanted to gain a better understanding of the Child Processes.
We are aware of the setups on the request such as 'PICK SELECTION LIST GENERATION -SRS, and also about the Profile setting 'WSH: Number of Pick Release Child Processes '. But, not sure we understand how this functionality works after reviewing documentation.
Our expectation is that with increased child processes, our Pick Selection List Generation request may run quicker.
We run into slowness from our Pick selection generation, and we are trying to prevent that from occurring.
