GST-TCS: Tax amount is not getting calculated based on the tax calendar attached at the regime level (Doc ID 2750549.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not considering the total receipt amount as per the calendar year for calculating the TCS tax amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should consider the total receipt amount as per the calendar year for calculating the TCS tax amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: India Local Receivables.
2. Navigation: Receipts -> Receipts.
3. Create Advance Receipt and apply GST taxes.
4. Save the details and go to Tools > India Tax Details form > confirm it.
5. Observe that the TCS amount is not getting calculated.

Note:
1. Issue is observed for the cases where the tax calendar type is 'Calendar Year'.
2. A 'Calendar Year' starts on January 1 and ends on December 31.
3. A 'Fiscal Year' starts on April 1 and ends on March 31.
